Here are two bodykits listed in HyperRev #69 that should attract a wide range of comments, for and against:

The first one is an all-out boy-racer look fron Dangun Racing. Their website [ http://www.dangunracing.com/index.html ] has no listing and they seem to have gone over to the Honda range for much of their stuff.

The second one is called explosion. Check out the widebody/pumped guards on the blue/purple 147 in the bottom right corner. Cool

Cheers,

Peter

OK. How about some of these then:

First up, I caught a glimpse of this one as I was leafing through HyperRev #34. I don't know who the manufacturer is but it says "HKS" in the legend down in the bottom left corner. Nonetheless, check out the pumped guards. Very Happy

This is a Kazz Sports kit, especially suited to those running aftermarket intercoolers:

Admiration? Oh, yes indeed:

This is for all those people who bought Aristos but really wanted to buy EVOs LOL

Why would you want to do that to a classic shape like the 147?

There was (or still is Confused ) a car on J-Spec with this kit, or at least something very similar. It's called the Garson "Big Sedan Aristo" kit. Check out the whale tail. Perhaps the designer was a closet Sierra fan. Smile

This one is Aero Wivern. I think it's a bit too angular for me but that could just be because they've cut out the surrounding scenery. Have a look at the side skirts to see what I mean:

Not the best photo angle but this one is from Ab-Flug:

Cerumo Sports:

Another Garson kit. I think this one is called "Stylish" or "Exclusive". It's hard to say with the Japanese naming ideas.

Lastly, US. Racing Sports:

Cheers,

Peter

First up, we have the Veilside kit in black with deep-dish gold spoked polished rims. I'm not sure about that wing though - looks like it might be more at home on something from Nissan or Subaru:

Not sure about the kit on this white one but it comes from tuning house Garage Mori. I like the white look and the pumped guards:

This is a much better photo of the Auto Wivern kit mentioned above. It highlights the custom paint job but the angles are still a bit harsh for my liking:

This is also a better example of the Kazz Sports kit:

This is the Wilder Aero System kit. Looks good in black with the bronze spoked rims and red calipers:

The Inter Ceptor kit. Twin spotties up front in the bar and an unusual style rear wing:

This is another example of the Dangun Racing Kit. This one was called Power Step but I think it might be the same car just with graphics and a change of wheels and rear wing:

There's no mistaking the ever-popular Junction Produce kit. Very nice deep-dish polished rims:

These are a couple of Garage cars but that's all I know. Pumped gaurds on the black example look quite nice.

This one is a pearl example from Garage Mac. Another unusual rear wing and understated side skirts flatten out the curved sides of the 147:

not much I can tell you about the next example other than its another Garage car. Nice paint job by the looks of it. That purple hue seems to be very popular:

This ones from Garage Mythos:

This one was labelled Mad Speed. I think it might be the name of the tuning shop and the kit looks like an Auto Wivern one.

Cheers,

Peter

that third last one (black) is the inspection kit. looks similar to mine (minus my damage, plus the nice mirrors, paint and hotter wheels.)

Edit - ignore me, Aero Wivern is the name of the kit from Do-Luck - google's great Very Happy

Agreed

You're spot on. Page 80 of HyperRev #34. My mistake - I wrote Auto when I should have written Aero, as in Aero Wivern. Confused

Cheers,

Peter

Here are three 147s I found on a US site:

This black one has a WALD kit -

This one is a pearl two tone and the grey side skirts are in fact where the guy was looking at different styles, so it's a Photoshop addition -

The next three are another black one that has been lowered to within an mm of its life but looks very, very nice -

Cheers,

Peter

Nice kit. Very Happy

Is that a chin spoiler as opposed to a full front bumper replacement?

I haven't seen this one before (I don't think). Where did you see it? Any links?

Much appreciated,

Cheers,

Peter

Just looks a nice free flowing kit that to me follows the lines of the car as not to keen on some of the over the top kits.

This kit is always on Jap Yahoo as are many others Pete Very Happy

I didnt think a boy racer kit would suit the aristo but the Kazz kit proves me wrong it looks nice but the very top one just does not work.

But my pick Garson "Big Sedan Aristo" kit FTW I want it bad!
