ET40 PCD 114,3
Jeez.. what the hell does that mean?
I'm guessing it means they are 40cm and 45cm wide? But that's fukin huge! I would doubt it.
PCD of 114x5 (should fit)
Then the 3 might be the offset? Or maybe the 40/45 is the offset
And it doesnt say how wide they are.
Which means you can't tell if theyre gonna fit or not. _________________

I seriously doubt they are orginal Lexus. Looks like they just got the covers etched.
EDIT: and yes, there is no way of telling whether they'll clear the aristo brakes or the upper control arm. With the amount of gutter rash you'd need repaired, new tyres and the big unkown brand name, id steer clear. _________________

OK guys. Here's how you check those numbers on wheels:
P.C.D. stands for pitch circle diameter, and indicates the diameter of the circle in mm connecting the center of each hub bolt. Since the P.C.D. also varies according to the vehicle model, make sure a suitable one is selected.
Wheel arch clearance indicates the marginal space between the tyre and the body of the vehicle. Inner clearance indicates the distance between the tyre and wheel and the body part which is positioned closest to the tyre and wheel. Dimensions for both right and left clearance should be measured on a level surface, and the smaller value is then considered as the inner clearance.
The offset indicates the distance from the center of the rim to the attaching disk part (unit:m/m). As seen in the attached drawing, the offset is indicated by "+" when the fitting surface extends beyond the central line of the rim and "-" when it is falls within. Caution is required to prevent the tyre from coming into contact with the guard of the vehicle or the brake caliper if the offsets are very different.
Japan Light Alloy Wheel (JWL) Standard for Passenger Cars. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport requires that aluminum wheels for passenger cars (with 3, 5, and 7-number plates) sold in Japan bear the JWL mark. The JWL mark can be displayed on wheels that have passed the standard through a self-certification system.
A third-party entity called the Vehicle Inspection Association verifies whether a product meets the requirements prescribed by the JWL or JWL-T standard. This association permits a product to bear a VIA mark if it passes rigorous quality and strength verification tests conducted in accordance with the JWL or JWL-T standard.
And ... Reading those tyre numbers:
1-Tyre width (mm or inch)
2-Aspect ratio
3-Radial construction
4-Rim diameter
5-Load index
6-Speed symbol
7-Tyre outer diameter (inch)
8-Ply rating

I went and had a look at those rims, they are in pretty bad condition all of them had a pretty bad gutter rash, plus one looked like it was buckled altho in good condition they look hot.

STUD PATTERN
The stud pattern or bolt circle is the diameter of an imaginary circle formed by the centres of the wheel lugs.
Stud patterns can be 4, 5, 6, or 8 stud holes.
A bolt circle of 4 x 100 would indicate a 4-lug pattern on a circle with a diameter of 100mm. The diagram below indicates the proper measuring methods. 6 and 8-stud wheels are measured like the 4-stud wheels.
Centre Hole Size
One common mistake that people make is buying alloy wheels (usually 2nd hand) and not getting the correct locating ring.
Factory wheels come with a centre hole in the rim that are a nice snug fit over the central spigot. This locates the wheel concentrically (ie the centre of the wheel matches the centre of rotation) and means that the wheel nuts just hold the wheel on, rather than supporting the complete weight of the car.
However, very many aftermarket alloys have a hole that is larger than the hub. This means that the wheel will fit on but it also means that the studs are bearing the car's corner weight, rather than just holding the wheel against the hub. It also means that it's much harder to locate the wheel centrally, giving rise to vibration at speed. These can be purchased from wheel shops and fit over the hub and within the wheel opening, locating the wheel.
Here are some common stud patterns:

22" ??!?!?!
I would doubt it mate, unless you jack it up like a truck.
And if you did, i'd laugh at you anyway. 22" is stupid. This isn't a range rover, its a sedan. _________________
