*awaits answer*

I'm 95% likely going with T&H Custom Panel & Paint when I get mine done in the next few weeks... but also interested to hear of feedback from others.

Seeing as you brought it up Soti, Darryl @ RPM doesn't do full resprays... he's more an insurance work kinda bloke.

btw, 8k isn't expensive for a good job... I'm paying about 8 or 9k. I've had quotes for 10k+ as well.
You've got ~2k in pure cost of the supplies. For good quality paint.. You can get enough paint to cover the car for $500, but brandname quality stuff with good depth (layers) is much much more.

Then the rest is labour clearly, but when you're paying closer to $10k they strip the rubber seals off and replace them, take out windows (front and rear), everything. It adds up...

maybe its a friend thing, he's done plenty of full resprays for mates n shit!
done lots of "drift damage/burnout damage" stuff aswell, guess u gota be part of his circle to get the benefits!

have seen him do quite a few full resprays, used to go catch up quite often, not as much anymore though!

Well he said he will do it if I really wanted, but as he usually does insurance work (which pays better i think he said) then it will be expensive and he's not too keen on the custom work stuff - prefers to repair it (paintmatch etc) than strip down and respray. He said he can recommend other places for custom resprays... but I think I'm happy with the mob I've chosen.
