Hey guys as title states need some tips of the trade on how to remove double sided tape.

Bought some Weathershields the other day and since it's second hand it's got the really old old crusty/old hard double sided tape, and I wanna use these weatherstrips but I can't till I fully remove the old double sided tape.

I have used a razor and removed a layer on it but I can't get it all off so I'm hitting a wall and need some help what have you used in the past heard eucalyptus oil can help but doesn't sound too hard core anything else that will take it off?

Could try, prepsol or kero they would prob break down the sticky stuff. Or I use something called orange oil or citrus oil for that sort of thing arround the house.
