Just need to prep my car, have hit a bottle neck!

How do you get these lower trims off, I have undone the 4 8mm screws on 1 door but it seems there are rubber/plastic clips that hold it in. Anyone pulled them off?

Ive used some force to try get them off but they wont budge!!

ps: dont tell me to leave them on there and just spray it, thats just dodgy lol.

Well for future reference,

Start at the edge and jam your fingers in the tightest spot and then pull outwards, continue along the door untill all clips are off, be wary of the double sided urethane tape!
