So started a new project on the car tonight:

My first piece and one of the simplest ones too. Has anyone got any tips for me when I get to the more curvy bits like my gauge pod?

Now done both front window switches and the trans cover. Learnt on the drivers switch not to have the heat gun on Hi or it gets too hotand melts the vinyl. Had plastic wood grain, dark and IMO looked crap n dirty all the time. Might be keen to get a new drivers switch surround and back passengers bit, as both have clips broken

and a heat-gun WILL destroy your work..!!! Smiley

the "pro,s" may use a heat-gun for BIG jobs...! but certainly NOT what we are talking about, when it comes to doing small parts around a 147 dash...!! but each to there own i guess.... Confused
