Get a yellow top. I had all sorts of issues with battery drain until I did. 2 days and it would be flat. Now two weeks is fine.

I have a d34 yellow top and just ordered a ctek mxs5.0, but I am off to the battery shop on the weekend to get load tests, etc to make sure the battery isn't the problem even though it is under a year old and then I will check drains etc as well

my ctek finally turned up and I fully charged the battery. Charger showed the cycle complete but when I put the voltmeter on and battery read 11.78 V, so I think the battery is the problem. Will hit up a battery shop to get a load test but think I will need to send my battery back, good thing optima has 3 yr warranty

turns out the battery was stuffed, load tested and only displayed 330cca. changed on the spot, really good warranty process

Where'd you go to do this?
Just any one of their dealer/retailers?

I purchased my battery online, rang optima Australia and they said because the seller buys the batteries direct from them to go to one of their authorised resellers and get it tested. after the test the shop rang optima Australia and I handed over a copy of my receipt and they fitted a new one. pretty happy about how easy the whole thing was
