Hey guys,

always wanted an aristo, recently sold my s15 and was looking for a new project.

Found an 1995 tt aristo with a blown head gasket rather cheap all stock bar a fmic and some ugly 18s. (picking it up tomorrow)

Its currently unregistered so ill have to fix it all up legit. just wondering if there is any forum sponsors who i

can source parts from (ie gasket kit)

also kind keen on some wheels i found on ebay

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281178295271?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

will these fit with a guard roll on the rear and a 245/40 tyre and abit of camber? (will install coilovers)

a very stupid way to give offsets...is that from the face side, or the mount side?? usually given as + or - (eg. 19x11+30) not as inch measurements..dont know if theyll fit without proper offset measurement...

aristo guards are huge and can take 11" rim...depends on the offset...a 0 will need guard roll and some more camber.....225/235 is about max ull be able to go....on the front anything lower than a +25 will need a good roll.

head gasket kit? wat does the car actually need? ive got a spare gasket laying around, genuine toyota piece...but it depends why its blown...may have to deck the head and the block...

decking the block is an engine out kinda jobbie...its big...theres a thread for recommended places to get parts n watnot...

depends how long your willing to wait too...any links to car?

Wheel's would be alot of work to get those wheels in there. If they are the weakest offset they make, they will still be 19 x 9.5 +22 and 19 x 11 +25. I ran 19 x 9.5 +22 and 19 x 10.5 +22's on mine, they kinda fit.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251351188092?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 thats the car im alot more paying more for it than its at currently.

The bloke didnt seem to know alot about it, so im getting it towed to my house tomorrow morning and ill suss it all out then. might not be blow maybe a block radiator or something, i guess ill find out when i get it.

Is there anything specific i should look for with these?

as for the offset ive got some 18x9.5+12 wheels at home i can test fit however the way the bloke gave the offset was different to how i normally see it, i noticed the guards are huge at the rear, i recall seeing a purple or black one a few yrs ago with some 18/19" meshies on it looked amazing custom plates just cant remember what they were

the 9.5s with 5.5 backspacing are +6 offset
the 11s with 6.5 backspacing are +12 offset

Fronts will b brutal, like unimaginably brutal to fit...rears will need 5°-7° camber and alot of stretch, 225 wud b bout the max...and theyll stick out the guards until u lower it....as it lowers, theyll start cambering in! Cant imagine wat the fronts will need....flares probably...

Wheels will fit.

I have 19x11 +0 on my rears, standard guards bashed in on the inside. 245/35 tyre and 6.5 deg neg camber. Fits fine. Loses a lot of practicality though.

I have 19x9.5 +10 on my fronts. Fits fine also.

Make em fit Wink

6 degress camber is alot on the rear, i had a good set up in my s15 with 4.5 on the front and 1.2 on the rear worked well for my driving style, i got the car home, gave it a good clean, there was aittle oil in the rad nothing much, keen to turn it out to see how bad it is however wouldnt start gotta check its got fuel and spark when i get some free time. its cranks and turns over but either isnt getting fuel or spark or both, i can hear the fuel pump priming so ill have to pull the plugs out and check them

Yeah bro, pretty sure it is man (btw I'm buying some 15mm spacers for the front)

And I actually have a guy on Instagram from the states who is running a 9.5 -20 offset on the fronts with 4.5 deg camber, looks FAT!

You fucking stalker haha I left it out for a little bit too lazy to navigate the speedhumps in the carpark FML
