I noticed it was still down so reached out to the owners. If you guys are interested in helping out, im looking to raise funds to buy the forum, revamp it, add social logins and stuff. Let me know if you want to help out.

As most of you know I started Aus Aristo but don't own an Aristo anymore, however I do know web, SEO, marketing etc.

Leave a comment if you are keen.

So many cars being wrecked and written off especially from the old crew. Not to many getting around now so have become a collectors piece now 😁

yes, sadly they are dropping like flies, don't see many on the roads now and i'm guilty of this too, don't drive mine much, have since bought a daily corolla 6 speed. but am taking the 147 for a dyno session tomorrow so it will get some cruising time.

Yep hardly any around most are gathering dust or bought on the cheap or alternatively used for conversions then parted out then disposed of.

Myself own 4 Toyota's:
2003 Toyota Echo Sportivo
2003 Toyota Corolla Sportivo
2013 Toyota Camry Altise
1996 Toyota Aristo

Sold mine to a bloke in queensland, regretted it.

Bought another off an old friend thats been off the road for two years and i brought it back to life. had issues with the auto so i fucked it off and converted it manual. So many guides on here that would have saved me so much time figuring shit out haha

Hi all,

I bought my Aristo around Christmas last year and saw so many links on Google to these forums, which obviously didn't work.

So glad it's back. 😁

Happy to chip in or host it on my server if keen, I won't have time to admin it myself but I can guarantee the server will stay up for at least 5 years.

Still got my aristo that's been sitting under a cover for 3 years, decided only a few weeks ago to go all out and get the complete engine, transmission rebuilt and make her a quality example of a true 4 door sleeper.

I can't believe how much turbos have changed over the years and here I was thinking my old T04z was gods gift to men, they don't even require much of a a cool down these days.

Glad your back online and happy to chip in. I'll need to use the how to guides soon enough.
