We all know 2j's are the shizzle - that's why we own them
That commie did around 2000 rearwheel hp that ute did at the nats, teh 2J pulled 2040 flywheel HP, didn't make full boost until 7,000rpm.

yeah, slight difference.
the v8 should in theory get the bigger numbers as it has more cubes and both are boosted, but the strength of the block makes a difference. 2j ftw
oh, and not like ur gonna have a 2000hp car as a daily _________________ Dazwaaah wrote: techno vikings EVERYWHERE!!!!

Exactly. The larger capacity engine will always make the power from less boost, earlier in the rev range, and stress the engine less.
Eventually the strength of the bottom end will become an issue, so alloy blocks need not apply after a certain point.
Yeah 2000rwhp (that's 1,500 rear wheel kW!) could be an issue on the street, and I wonder what the boys in blue would thing of the two turbos poking their heads out of the bonnet of that ute would think?

You'd have to assume they'd put something else in there, I doubt it could put down even 1 run at that sort of power levels!
