Okay, thanks. There are some cheep one's there that look okay, pitty I can afford it right now. Out of interest, I had a look at j-spec and some of there cars.......FOB 680,00yen (around $6,800AUD) but to get it here and complied, but no rego, is around the $13500K!!!

$6500 for compliance shipping etc and you still have to buy tyres and rego.

Yep.. i would recommend going through Aaron at Rampant (NakedTerror)..
His importing (searching etc) fee's are less the other companies, and the prices he tells you its going to be generally work out about right (sometimes the actual bill is less woot woot :p).. i've heard with places like jspec, prestiage etc whateva they quote you.. keep an additional few k aside for things that pop up...

Shipping costs about 3k (more if you get it shipped in a container), and then compliance is about 3k...

Plus, you've gotta think about anything that may arrise that could not have been controlled etc...

However, go through someone recommended and you should be right..
I've been happy as with using Aaron, so i dont think you'll have any problems using him... He has access to a heap of Auctions over in Japan aswell as Yahoo Japan etc.. so if you see something you like on Yahoo or in the Auctions, there's a chance he could get it for you..

A site i found useful for finiding cars that are going into Auction is the following:
http://www.japaneseusedcars.com/auction/auctions.htm

If you find somethere there you like.. Let Aaron know and he could probably bid on it for you.. :p
I was sending links to some guy over in Japan which i was put onto from the person i was going through first (was a friend of a mate of my BF's who imports cars/parts etc).. and he could eaisly find the auction the cars were going into to bid on.. (missed out on about 3 until i got the one i have coming)
And then i saw the one Aaron had for sale and had to snap it up :p

Goodluck with the search... you wont regret it!

Thanks chikita for the advice. I dont know Aaron at all but from what I have read here he seems pretty reasonable to deal with. Now all I have top do is find the cash. Thanks again.

I've also had Aaron bring in my black Aristo (listed in member rides) and not only did I save a fortune, the process was completely transparent, no wondering what was going on, no hiding of information.

He also tracked me down a manual Aristo that will be chopped in half and brought in for parts, yet another service from the Rampaging Rampant.

I'll happily recommend him.
