The first one should be removed, and the second one kept.
Your compliance shop should do this.

I don't know however if there is a diff and you could do it the other way perhaps?

what some shops do is fit a precat, then a normal cat. Precats cause heaps of restriction. By law, you must have a ADR approved catalyic convertor, not just a pre-cat, hence its name. Pre-cat=before the cat.

Hope that makes sense.

Just a note on the 180 cut out, I had mine off the clock with TRC fuse in, the needle would have been pointing to what would have been around 190.

I had my GPS on speed display at the time at the car stopped pulling at 177.8 kph so although it may seem like it goes past 180 its the car is actually cutting out at that speed.

Fuse in I've had mine over 200, checked via GPS, and filmed. Pulling the TRC fuse did nothing.
