got ya back on this one, i built a very nice mini truck back in the day haha well 4 years ago anyhoo shaving everything is a mini truck must.

so hear you go first off are you going to do it yourself and want to know how much or how much drive in drive out??

for drive in drive out to shave all four doors and side indicators etc you be looking at best part of 1g plus then the cost to paint which could be endless. then you have to think of how your going to get in do you want electric poppers that will be another 500-700 bucks or do you make manual poppers which is cheap but i would have to look inside the aristo door trim.

best bet would be to go to a panel shop and get some quotes but go somewhere that have done mini trucks as they are rugged and move and vibrate a lot on the road if someone has shaved a truck and it did not crack warp of stuff up then they know what there doing.

all in all cant beat a smooth shavin...................

Loooks pretty sweet.... however.... isnt legal i dont think??
Unless you wont be driving it all the time and will just be built as a 'show car' do it...
but in the end, if its just a car that your going to be driving all the time, it may give you more trouble then its worth..

EBAY IS YOUR BEST FRIEND
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/SHAVED-DOOR-HANDLE-KIT-FOR-4-DOORS-WITH-4-DOOR-POPPERS_W0QQitemZ320279287629QQihZ011QQcategoryZ6763QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

also thats quite a good price
or
try going on a mini truck forum such as www.downundertruckin.tk

i got mine through aussie sports trucks not sure if there stilla round but

shaving door handles are not illegal just have to apply for permission well here in WA anyway

requirements are that there must be an external manual release for electronic poppers, sorry to those that have this release but its usually a cable thats located inside front wheel tub

the main argument from cops is that in an emergency people wont be able to open the door or know how

to get over the pits for the manual poppers i placed stickers on windscreen illustrating how to open the doors and they said that was fine

all in all if you wanna do it just do it!

Bogging isn't the best idea... because over time it can shrink and the paint will crack around it..
if your going to do it - do it right, and best not to bog it...
