I can offer some guidance with your decision with LED replacement lamps. Been playing with LED's for 20 years + and have been to several major LED factories in Taiwan/China while manufacturing my own LED based products. I cannot say whether these specific ebay lamps are OK or whether there may be disappointment after installation, but here are a few things to consider;
1) LED's are very focussed and do not have the same light dispersion as a filament lamp, so unless the main car lens is especially designed for an LED lamp, the appearance and light output may be less than uniform.
2) LED's come in a squillion different shades. Yellow and amber are very different and one man's amber may be another's yellow.
3) LED's are graded, amongst other things, according to the individual luminous intensity and colour shade. The better quality LED replacement lamps contain LED's that are all matched for their intensity and colour shade. Cheaper ones can be poorly mismatched.
4) The seller states that if using these LED's for indicators, that a current limiting resistor must be used. Some technical expertise may therefore be required to get them correctly installed if used as indicators.
In summary, I have no doubt that the seller's LED lamps will "work." However, there is a risk that the appearance/brightness/light dispersion or colour shade may be disappointing after installation.
Can't hurt to try one to give it a fair go, knowing what the potential downfalls are.

I agree. A mate bought the jaycar LED brake lights and the cluster lights for his parkers. Although they look very nice, they're not very good at shining light everywhere, and they cost him a packet! Heres a couple of pics...
