okay, to decide you need to answer these questions:

- how low are you?
- how much camber are you running/willing to run?
- how much tyre stretch are you running/willing to run?
- how much guard work have you got/willing to do?

this will have an impact on what may or may not fit.

anyway looking at those, i would say the 19x8.5 +17 19x10 +27 will fit quite well, if you run like 235/35 and 245/35 and -2 or so camber you will probably get away with none or minor guard mods like just removing the trims and a light roll. or run less stretch out back if its not your thing and just roll the guards a bit more or run more camber. Those specs are similar to my car (bit less aggressive) and i think JZS147 seem to have a bit more room than JZS160.

the 2nd set, 19x9 +35 with 235/35 will be okay, depending on camber it will be a bit sunken. 19x10 +28 same as above.

just be carefull,TIM,the first set at,19 by 8 and half front, with 17 offset.
i believe it will not take 4 piston brakes if you have them,or want to fit down the track!!!
the other set will be ok!!
not an expert here so check with the boys /
if you are not going to fit bigger front brakes, what the hell, they both sound like good rims!!!!!
all the best nick............ Very Happy

Just wondering if these would fit?

17 x 8 - 32 offset
17 x 9 - 38 offset

Also any idea what it costs to reroll a set of rims?

Thanks

"GT-R offset" doesnt really mean anything but i think thats normally somewhere around +18-20

so yeah 18x10 +18 up front will take some stretch, guard shaving & camber to get on there. could work if you dont mind running like 235/35 or 225/40 or so up front, shaved or hammered flat guards, and around -3 or -4 camber..

rears should be sweet with shaved guards, 235/40s and a couple degrees of camber.

Just wondering if anyone knows if these would fit? I came across them on ebay, and started touching myself over how good they are.

He's got 3 different ones for sale, but i have a feeling maybe the other 2 wont fit, and just maybe this one might judging by other wheels ive seen for sale on this site with offsets etc?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/project-d-D1R-s13-s14-s15-r32-r33-r34-drift_W0QQitemZ250403428502QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Car_Parts_Accessories?hash=item250403428502&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

just had a look at the other 2 'GTR' spec ones.

they black ones would be your best bet @ 18x10 +22 but youll need to roll your guards totally flat and run something like 225/40 or a narrow 235/40 up front with around -2 to -3 camber (pretty aggressive up front fitment to be honest with ya)

rears not so hard, 235/40 narrow tyre, -2 or so camber, rolled guards.

Last time i ever revive this thread, i promise lol.

Would these fit Smile

18 x 10 offset +42
18 x 9.5 offset +42

5 x 114.3

If they do fit, is there a way to find out what tyres they would need with the information given?

If they don't fit... what offset should i be looking for, for wheels that wont need guard rolling or spacers?

Thanks Again.

mate just use this...

http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

stock measurements are 7.5" 50mm offset...

and just go from there... punch in your new wheel measurements, and will tell u how much inner clearance u will have...

if u have LESS clearance, u need to make sure u have that.. then get a tape measure.. stick it on the top of your stock rims on the car.. and put your head directly above the guard.. this is how much room u have to play with for your outer clearance..

^ good advice *but* doesnt take into account camber or tyre stretch Wink

9.5" +42 for the front i think might hit things on the inside, thats a high offset for such a wide rim. and it will be sunken right in if it does fit.

10" +42 again is a very high offset, if it clears itll be very sunken.

im not full bottle on what would fit with no modified guards as it depends on camber and tyre stretch, but going on mine assuming i had less stretch and more tyre plus no roll, i would think around 9" and 10" +35ish

try looking on clublexus.com forums too in the 1st generation bit, you may be able to find some other peoples cars and what spec wheels theyre running to get you an idea of how itll look. basically you cant get 'flush' fitment without touching the guards, so you will end up with a fairly sunken look.

P.S. I dont mind this thread being revived, i almost think it should just keep going whenever someone wants to ask 'will these fit?' throw it in here! haha
