heya all,

i have been working on this for a while, only because i havent been screwed putting the safc in, but i got around to doing it, i chucked it in the ashtray compartment, since i dont smoke, no need for it! as you can see itsa bit rough around the edges, but i cbf fixing it right now! the dust given off by the plastic in the ashtray is deadly, so i'd recommend getting some face masks! as well as googles.

all in all incuding the actual wiring it took arond 6hours, 3 to install and tidy up another 3 or so cutting the ashtray itself!

enjoy!!

sorry bout the ever so slightly blurred pics, i didnt set the shutter speed quik enuff on the DLSR!

it looks awesome at night!!! cops pull you over, just shut it! it still uses the factory openning system, so it latches just like normal!!

thnx fo lookin
soti

the good thing about the ristos is that they have another ciggie outlet in the back of the glovebox, so if i need an aux power supply whilst in my car, i have one! (missus bought me a GPS, then i stupidly destroyed the one in the center console, not realizing i'd need it, then i remembered the 2nd one, phew!)

thanxs for the comments all!

Yes. It is impotant to buy a TOMTOM and look after it. Very Happy Very Happy

I was going to do this with my Neo,but changed my mind and popped it into the centre consol instead.

I've done the exact same thing with my AVCR, perfect size and fit. I put some nice black rubber lining around the outside of it to make it look a bit tidier.

Dremmel is your friend to get this done haha and yeh that dust doesnt taste too good...
