Aristo's came with a rear electronic curtain as an 'option'???????????? Never seen one.

I don't think Aristo's are as heavy as most people think.
my 93 Aristo weighs 1540kg on a weighbridge. has a few options as well including sunroof.
my previous 93 Supra RZ 6spd hardtop weighed 1530kg on the same bridge.
And my 180SX weighs 1250kg on the same bridge.
Anyone else actually weighed theirs?

Last time I weighed mine I think is was 1785!
Sounds like yours is made of fiberglass Confused you sure the bridge is correct

Yea weighed my old one at drags full street trim 5 speed conversion full tank of fuel was 1560 no sunroof with cruse an elec seats

its a commercial scale, they rely on it to make their money and charge accurately. There's probably some regulations that requires it to be tested/calibrated at regular intervals too.

1250kg for the 180SX, 1530kg for the Supra and 2350kg for the GQ Patrol all seem about right.

Its was at the tip so there rip offs there anyways Suprised

The tip doesn't really have to be accurate. As long as the two weighbridges are calibrated the same then there is no issue as its based off difference in weight.

Took my car to a weighbridge last night. 1700kgs with half a tank of fuel. Series 2 w/sunroof.
Were series 1 that much lighter?

Was 2yrs later infact Rhett Errr Soarer also had 2J but in the NA guise too along with other boaty Toyota platforms later on Very Happy

unlike dynos, commercial weighbridges are subject to 'weights and measures' legislation requiring testing and calibration.
