carefull bloke.......... not an easy job to do....!! Nervous
shit mate.....took mine out 6 year ago..? maybe more..?
what little help i can be here....you have to remove ALL the surrounding "trim" off around the doors /
rear pillars / sunroof (if you have one? ) sun visors . all the trim is just a push fit with metal clips on plastic
stays..!! around the roof . (and these inter-lock into the next bit ) Nervous

NOTE :: all what you are attempting is plastic covered in the your colour cloth..!! THEY BREAK !!
and very easily too..!! i busted this and that when mine came down mate..!! and had to search for trim
that was "good nick" to replace it................HARD TO FIND / DO... Nervous your call bro..!! Sad

no you cannot mate...........sorry. to start with the cars you have mentioned are A LOT younger than a 147 ..! these things in SOME areas are over done so to speak...and what should be an easy job takes all day and breakages to boot..! (these jzs147,s ARE built remember same as a lexus Nervous )
it is "a can be done" job fella.....slow and no distractions ! but...just be warned you may break shit doing it... Nervous

are you asking about the sliding cover that covers the sunroof glass, or the whole roof lining?

this thread is full of nonsense, but you seem to know what each other is talking about Confused
