Old topic i know....

So the best setting for hard hills driving is the soft setting i presume??
I do go quite hard so dunno if tail happy through windy tight roads is what i want.. I just want it to grip like a bitch!!
I actually couldnt fault it now as it sticks and grips with the coilovers that i currently have.. Quite surprised me how well it handles now, so Im pretty keen to see how the Superpro Swaybars handle..
How does the Superpro Swaybars with a soft setting in the rear compare to stock??

The new series of superpro bars don't have a soft setting anymore. Soft was equivalent to standard on the old bars.

Put crudely
The front sway bar is what gives the car good turn in and keeps it flat thru the initial entry of the corner. The rear sway bar helps brings the arse end around to help power out of corners.

I've found the "standard/neutral" setting provides the most high speed grip and gives the car the best feeling for good high speed mountain runs.

The hard setting is good for low speed and city driving but is not for the faint hearted at decent speeds.

If you think your coilovers have made a difference wait til you get some sway bars in there.

I'm tempted to ask superpro to make me a 34mm front sway bar and 27mm rear to try get the front inner wheel off the ground when cornering, but that may be getting greedy and they'll prob say no anyway.

There must a few cars with sway bars from the first group buy still kicking about in adelàide. Im sure if you asked nicely a kind member would take you for a test drive.
