I changed the LHS globe in my fog light, off the top of my head it was hb3 55W but I'll check when I get home. Pretty hard to get to, have to unscrew and fold back the plastic cover in the wheel arch, unscrew the back of the fog light and unclip the globe. Not much room in there. I tried to do RHS as well (because I replaced the LHS with a 100W globe) but the SMIC is in the way and I gave up. Short of removing the bumber, I'm not sure how else to replace the globes.

To get the fog lights out of the front bumper, i just go to the outer most side of the fog light, and flick out the plastic reflective piece, from the inside edge. Then i just undo one screw and out she comes. No need to remove bumper / guard liners or whatever...

Yep its that easy. My aristo came with some nasty looking yellow foglights.
So I took them apart, pulled the yellow glass out and they look great!
