hey guys, as the title states, not too sure on which aftermarket height controller will be able to connect to my uzs143 aristo....ive looked EVERYWHERE and can't seem to find any Sad

You need,

Data System ASE663 Air Suspension Controller

and a harness H-076F which will give you +40mm (standard height) −95mm adjust ability.
