Quote:
Major Crash Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with their investigation into a fatal crash in West Perth on Wednesday, 11 June 2014.

At about 9.00pm, a grey Toyota Aristo sedan was travelling on Charles Street, heading towards Ivy Street in West Perth. As the Toyota travelled down a gradual decline in the road, it collided with a 71 year old female pedestrian.

The woman received serious injuries as a result of the crash and died at the scene.

Major Crash officers would like speak anyone who saw the crash, or the pedestrian or vehicle just prior to the crash.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Sad news Sad Hopefully it was no one on here.

Any one know any more details?

Key word - saw - as in saw the crash, saw the pedestrian or saw the vehicle before the crash.

Won't be too hard for the police to find the owner.

Aristo's aren't exactly all that common. It's not like they are looking for a grey corolla or camry. They will probably end up visiting all aristo owners in the area, probably less than 50 aristos in WA.

Would be better for the owner to front up, than be tracked down.

LOL i like your thought process there, but wat if the car isnt WA rego?

i brought my barge to sydney with me, still operating uder WA rego!

they cant go 'tracking' down cars...also, if they know its an aristo, theyll know wat colour it is....how would one know the car and not the colour, must of seen it!, or, if it was a s2 and had the s2 taillights, and he slid backwards into her, inprinting the aristo logo into her...thats horrible.... Very Happy

was probably Gabor or Russell Very Happy
