I've been thinkin about the Garsons for a while but they have too much fake dish I think... those Weds on the other hand... *drool* too much work to fit though. They're fucking awesome in any case, and no, they're not white, they're corroded polished finish so you'd need to paint/replate them.

Yaha that is madness although they are in what looks like mint condition, probably could sell them in Japan for decent money really.

I've fancied these wheels for ages...just can't find a decent pair with the right amount of dish+width+good offset.

I just bought these wheels......

http://img682.imageshack.us/img682/767/rims.jpg

They are 18 inch WORK rims.

8.5J 5/114.3 offset +37
9.5J 5/114.3 offset +38

Now the only thig I'm not sure on is tyre size.....I would like to go 40 profile cos it keeps it almost the same rolling diametre and is legal.

I'm thinking 225/40 r18 on the front and 235/40 r18 on the back? Is that about the right size for those rim widths?

Toight Very Happy

Id think you could fit the 235 on the front no issue and probally look at about 265 on the rear to much offset / width Chris.

Glad you scored those as theyre sexxy rims.

Ah ok ...265s on the back would look pretty awesome. Its just I'm gonna be buying the tyres new off ebay cos I was looking on there last night and there are some sweet deals on tyres delivered to your door.

PS: Do you guys think I went with the right offsets?....keeping in mind I didn't want the wheels sticking way out of the guards and i just wanted some wheels for everyday driving.

IMO Chris the offset on the rear is perfect at around +35 to +38 is ideal.

Sheeesh if you're keen you could go a wider profile tyre too Very Happy
