Ok so who has the most dish? I have 110mm on the rear, will post pics tongiht of my car,

Thought it would be interesting to see who has how much dish, if possible, please post a pic with a tape measure/ruler/credit card (as they are a standard size) sitting in the dish. and state whether u can tuck the rims under the guards.

kind of want to follow the 'how low can you go' thread with this one.

Lets get it Crankin! Cool

Personally not a great fan of huge dish but I have seen some cars that look great with it.

I also believe that a lot of cars have 'fake' dish. This is that the hub has a backward connection to the circular part that the tyre is mounted on (can't think of the name at the moment Confused )

True dish is that which is outwards of the hub, in my opinion of course.... Smile

Bring on the pics Eeek Dance

Tierrynose wins hands down, I just can't find pics right now. Aaron originally posted the car up as 'dish monster'.

I am also not a massive dish fan.

I think it looks hot if you pull it off right, but fake dish = ghey.

As JV said, fake dish is where your spokes bend backwards from the middle in order to maximise 'dish' on the edge.. how many dishes do you know that bend upwards in the middle? retarded. dishes have a flat bottom -- so should your rims.

Too many posers in civics with '100% fake' dish going round talking about their fulli sik dish when it just looks dumb.

Dish should be measured from the center of the rim to the outside edge.

That's the one.

It also turned up with lights embedded in the sills, not neon but a series of spotlights runway style. Neon lights in the doors from memory.

i would, but only because the hub doesnt sink bcak to the original level of the dish.. my spokes stick out to but theyre in an arc and the hub is the same level as the inner side of the dish..

off topic question:

"Deep Racing"... oxymoron? I thought big dish was just for show with no real practical use, eg on the track. Wrong?

btw, i've said it before and i'll say it again - those 19x12 Garsons are incredible Very Happy
