Hey does any one know where I could get my hands on a FRP vented bonnet or reverse vents to cut into the exisitng bonnet? :?

hahaha, no mate-not that one - this is an all fibreglass one, brand new and it's crap

shame, I've bought heaps of other stuff off the same seller too and it's all been good

I was looking to get that one (i think its the same, angular vents down both sides from memory). But he who hesitates loses out, or some such. Confused

is it on your car yet? do you have any pictures?

yeah I want some thing really neat! I saw one once on a highly modified JZS147 in Japan looked awesome! thats the only body mod I'm going to do! as it will actually do something functional i.e. help the engine stay cool and not just scrap over speed humps

yeah - I've had HEAPS of stage 21 product come in and most of it has been ok. Not great, but better than a lot of the taiwanese stuff that we're seeing hitting our shores

however the state 21 Aristo bonnet was absolute rubbish. Got quoted $400 just to prep it to an acceptable standard. And that was at mates rates!

Stage 21 is a big company in Japan they do a bit of kits but as Aaron said he has a shity bonnet from them so i dont know how to trust them now.

There is one key word in that auction that may be giving away the quality of the bonnet; "outlet". If they are using that in the same way the American's do, it is essentially a factory second.
