Hey guys, there's a member on Club Aristo trying to organise a group buy for English owners manuals for the MK1 Aristo. These will be professionally translated from an original and then produced. The guy that produces these, already does it for the Soarers over here and is well known and apparently quality is really good.

I said I'd post on here for the guy organising it to see if there was any interest from here.

There needs to be a minimum order of 10 (think we have 8 or 9 already) and price would be £15 plus postage.

Thought I'd let you know.

I would grab one. Postage to Australia couldn't be too much.

Isn't the owners manual the thing we have to get for Compliance, that everyone on here should already have?

Speaking of which, im cleaning it up and putting it into paged order.
It's actually two manuals stuck together and jumbled up heaps. God knows why!
But i might put them back together separately and get them reuploaded for everyone.

(When i finish sorting 2300 pages)

Yeh, don't get it confused with a workshop/service Toyota Tech manuals. (although I have them in the pipeline fingers crossed)

These are the Owners manuals, tells you what the switches are e.t.c. e.t.c.

If you guys can already get them, point me in the right direction please and I'll pass it on.

OK, there is the service repair Manual in engilsh for the Lexus GS300. I have a PDF of that. Everything is great except for the NA engine.
Then as described, there is the complience manual which is basically useless. It tells you how to change a tyre and apply the handbrake. Oh please!
Thirdly there is is the official Japanese Owners handbook which Nick is talking about which is being translated into english. I have an original handbook and got a Japanese exchange student to translate some things I didn't understand. Except unfortunately, his english eas not great and his parents wouldn't let me keep him so he had to go back to Japan.

Nick, put me down for one of those!!!

Thread is here http://aristoclub.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1709&start=30 for those registered.

Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just passing the info along.

If your not registered and want a copy, if you let me know your email addy, I'll pass it along to the guy organising it.

Thanks

OK Ladies and Gentlemen.

I have contacted the bloke in the UK who is getting a translated versions of the 'Aristo Owners Manual'.
Payment can be made via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit to this bloke.

Please let me know 100% if you want to go ahead. It is only a guess, but I reckon it will cost no more than $40-$50- Aussie per unit including postage. (The way I understand it is 15 Pounds + delivery + 4% for Paypal.) Once we have a list of those who want one, we will get the price confirmed.

These are not just simply photocopies! These will be professionally bound handbooks similar to the ones here.

I will definately get one.

All you need to do is send me a PM with your Name, Address etc email Address and I will forward the info to him and get you the details to send the money.
