mine last about 5000kms as i got 20's....... got them lasting about 10000kms when i got an alignment to get rid of all the toe man. thats what eats the inside tyres
workshops with wheel alingment machines... lolz
the acctual adjustments are really simple, but without an accurate machine there is no point, as jay said thre is a good chance its still gonna chew if you do it yourself
There are camber adjustment bolts front and back that will give you up to about 4 degrees of play here.
Just be aware that the more camber you wind it the more camber wear you're going to get on your tyres - in other words the inner tread is going to get chewed big time. _________________

^ does depend on ride height the range you get. im not that low IMO, but probably about 3" lower than stock, around 100mm from stock bodywork, lower to exhaust.
i have a 160 not 147 but same sorta deal, i have -2.1 camber or so all round, and cant get any less due to my ride height. obviously they could max it the other way, and i know a lot of US guys running around -4 or so and some even up to -7 on stock adjustment, but i think that took some tricks of the trade. So you will probably have at least -2 basically at your height.
camber isnt all bad though its the toe that eats tyres. Toe is the in or out movement of the tyre so obviously if you are heading straight and your tyres are slightly turned outward or inward that kills tyres. At a certain point of camber the wheel gets pulled not only in at the top but also in at the front so it toes in. i think on our cars they have a fair bit of toe adjustment though to get rid of a lot of it (unlike some other vehicles where you need to get adjustable toe arms to get neutral toe at ac certain camber)
having negative camber anywhere up to about -3/-4 or so isnt really going to chew your tyres any more provided toe is on spec. they will certainly wear out moreso on the inner edge, but that isnt to say they wore out any faster than if they had been wearing all over.
of course, at a point this will cease to be correct and be worse for some tyres than others because the tyre is designed to have a fairly even distribution of load and wear and you are putting it on like 1/4 of the width thus focussing the wear very heavily.
so getting bigger rims wont reduce the camber u get when u lower aristos? thinking going from 18s to 19s might make abit since i dont have to lower it as much???

bigger wheels = lower more
but to answer you question, the wheel size has nothing to do with it but if you are going up in wheel size and not lowering to compensate, just trying to make the arches look fuller, then in theory yes

I got mad inner tyre wear after lowering and not getting an alignment. Naughty me. Tyres were absolutely smooth, glad I checked em before I got pulled over.
Toe was waaaaay out of spec by up to 5 degrees , camber is about -2.5 on front and -2 on rear (rear is a few mm higher cause I cbf adjusting coils until all other shit goes in). Don't seem to be wearing excessively yet but time will tell. The alignment I got at City Discount was cheap, but it isn't great though, has a 100kph shudder now which is giving me the absolute shits.

Any tyre over lets say 19" diameter, and 10" Width with an offset below +20 will eat a nasty little camber/toe circle right round your tyres.
Not pretty... _________________
If ur gonna have it that low make sure u constantly check tyre wear or this will happen......were my 20's. Wet weather and poor maintenance (tyre checking) and roundabout thats the rear , front similar. thank god no other damage http://img524.imageshack.us/img524/6063/ristofone001.jpg
