keep in mind, the lights aren't 100% together yet, still have to bake them back together. The LED's are white and not blue, my cell phone just takes horrible pictures.

i'll keep this updated as time goes on

In Canada, they require what's called DRL's (Daytime Running Lights) to be on all the time, weather your driving or in park. some are wired so the foglights ALWAYS come on, some wire it so the lowbeams come on as the DRL's. most people use the little vertical light in the headlights as the DRL's

i'm going to be using these as the DRL's so regardless of what i have the lights turned to, these will ALWAYS be on, but i'm going to put them ona switch

let me know your input

No - He meant that these will be permanently on due to the requirement for Daytime Running Lights (So you can see other cars more easily)

haha, yea, i know it's different, and kinda like a rip off of audi's (it's not just the R8's that have those, atleast here anyway)

and yes, they'll be on all the time, as soon as i turn the key over to start it, they'll come on.

and it's not an 100% ripoff from the audis, since the audis are on the bottom of the lights, and these are on the top.

the halo or angel eyes most people have done as a headlight mod is a bigger ripoff than these Razz

quick little update, even tho it was above +30 degress celsius (and for us over here, that's stupid hot, considering our winters get to -40 at some points). i decided to go ahead and install them anyway.

they're on the car, hooked up, and ready to be alligned since the previous owner of the headlights wasn't using HID's and I am. so i'll grab some pictures tonight hopefully around dusk time

it looks heaps good in the night shots but just wondering if you could get the led's closer so they dont look like dots and be rather a solid line... if that makes sense lol

how have you done this??be good mod to have when going on photo shoots and cruises and shyt

thanks guys, i quite like them at night.
i should mention in Canada your legally required by law to have DRL's, which are daytime running lights. most people hook up that little side marker light that's in betwwen the low beam and signal light, that vertical bar, as a DRL. some poeple hook up fog lights as the DRL's, and some aristo people even wire up the low beam main lights as a DRL's. but i choose to do these. hehe

they stay on all the time as long as the car is started.

and yea, i could havve gotten them closer, but decided to go with these as from afar they almost look like a solid line, but close up look like LED's

OMG WANT!! i would love to have those headlights. job WELL done mate. Think i wouldnt give a poop bout audi n just rip them off by also adding LED's to the bottom and outside edge of the foglights on the aristo, so just the two edges, and then the headlights like u done, i thiink that would be aesome. But yes....top job mate

thanks guys. i'm very happy with how they turned out.

and i was thinking of doing something with the fog lights as well, but in my opinion, they'd only look good if you could wrap them around the top/bottom and up/down the side where the deflector is that covers the screw, so i didn't wanna bother to try cause it wasn't possible
