I'm trying to get my new blingz on but the spanner to do up the nuts is to big to fit in the gap so what are my options do i need new smaller nuts? Is there an easier way?

take wheel off,put on other stud (rotate) you might have better luck on the other studs (lining up) that to me looks like its not lining up properly..

I had a look its sitting on well all the way around I got all the nuts on its sitting up nice and square with the brakes. But I only got about a 3mm all round to fit in a spanner. I guess I'm going to need to get some really thin nuts or an extreamly thin socket.

Mate have you tried a 19 mm socket they seem to be a little smaller than your normal tyre wrench as I have the same prob with my rims, otherwise I have got a rattle gun with thin 19 if you get stuck and I am dying to go for a drive Razz

hope it all sorts out dude... i think you need to do some burnouts to finish them offf!!!!!

I had the same problem with my new rims too, went down to beaurepairs and got new nuts with an allen key head, you need to buy an attachment for it but solved the problem.

hex nuts are only useful for about 2 tyre changes, normaly they fracture if your using a rattle gun, also they are to short for alot of mouded Low offset wheels that dont have a "center cap" that cover the wheel nuts ... i dont think you would have much luck with your deep dish-ish... unless we find some long hex's

I have the same problem.

You will need to use a socket set.
