Thanks i got 4x1m lengths from this place. $260 i think it was for all 4 and free postage delivered anywhere in aus i think. And another $400 to have it fitted

Oh I just noticed, you have S2 tails done how I'm planning to - with the chrome trim sanded off. How'd it go? Any tips or pitfalls? Post up a how-to if you're feeling generous

Sure it's sanded off? Most of the ones I've seen have just been painted over. Like, black paint. You still get the little lip, but it blends in so you can't see it. _________________

thanks guys, yeah it was sanded off with high grit wet sand paper. It took a bit of time but well worth it. The chrome trim would have looked good if it was consistant, but it had chipped off all over the place. Give it a nice polish after wards to remove all the light scratches from the sand paper.
