Very classy indeed, I like it Very Happy

Oh I just noticed, you have S2 tails done how I'm planning to - with the chrome trim sanded off. How'd it go? Any tips or pitfalls? Post up a how-to if you're feeling generous Very Happy

Sure it's sanded off? Most of the ones I've seen have just been painted over. Like, black paint. You still get the little lip, but it blends in so you can't see it.

easy to sand it off just use 2000 grit wet and dry but best to remove lights and paint the outer edge and underside so it looks black from all angles.

thanks guys, yeah it was sanded off with high grit wet sand paper. It took a bit of time but well worth it. The chrome trim would have looked good if it was consistant, but it had chipped off all over the place. Give it a nice polish after wards to remove all the light scratches from the sand paper.

I found this super old pic when I first had it mounted on:

stock setup

Here is mine, little different than everyone else's I've spotted in this thread:

Only pic I could find of underneath that you can sort of see the exhaust - it's tiny and only makes stock boost even in winter Smile
