Anywhere in Aus

Name: JDM Wheel Imports

Email: mgoodrich@comcen.com.au

Link to advert: http://www.performanceforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67253166

Matt is able to get the complete range of Enkei, XXR, Work and Volk Racing/Rays wheels. He told me he gets them cheap through his Dad's mechanic business. He's sold a bunch of these on boost cruising, and he's also got an advert on Performance Forums. I bought my wheels through him - I couldn't find anyone cheaper. Good guy to deal with and he posts anywhere in Aus I believe. Wheels arrived quickly. Just shoot him an email for a quote.

Any decent general workshops / exhaust places / other good guys south of Adelaide? They all seem to be out Norwood/Wingfield way which is a right pain in the ass for me.

Troy at Mildren Race Engineering in Thebarton is a great tuner and a top bloke. Tuned the Power FC in my supra and also the Power FC in my cousins skyline. Did a great job on both for heaps less than we were charged to have a garbage tune (which had to then be rectified by Troy) by another Adelaide operator my cousin now calls "the king of ping". They also have a fully equiped mechanical workshop. Can't comment on their work other than the tuning as I havent had any done there but they always have a good cross section of cars (mainly imports) in there. Last time there was even an insane twin turbo HSV they were working on for a customer.

For exhausts I would highly recommend AAA exhaust on Deacon av at Richmond. They have done a couple systems for me and the result is always great with a very resonable price. While there I have actually seen more well known exhaust shops ute's in there picking up mandrel bends as AAA have a massive workshop and bender and sell pipe and bends wholesale to other shops. They'll make you a system with less welds as they can bend it on site and it doesnt have to fit in the back of a ute to get back to thier store!

Oh I forgot mate, for tuning and mechanical work South of the city there's also Boostworx. Like Mildrens they've built and support a few track cars and they've also built a couple tough 2J's. http://www.boostworx.com.au/home.htm
They are on Goodwood Rd but looking at the website it looks like they have perhaps moved to cavan....?

Just had a dump pipe made up at AAA as well as having a 3" hi flo metal cat fitted along with my fujitsubo cat back. Excellent job, great price.

Heard nothing but good things about Boostworx and they were great for me when I had the Soarer as they were nice and close. Shaun really knows his stuff especially Toyota and has tuned several 400rwkw + 2Js. They have moved to Cavan now which is very unfortunate for us southerners. Might give Mildrens a go though sounds like they also know their stuff

Manta racing on Deacon Ave in Richmond are pretty good.

Bridgestone Reynella have done some suspension work for me in the past also and are probably a bit cheaper.

Depends what you want/need to have done i guess.

B&B Smash in Naval Base is an excellent painter. he has won heaps of awards etc for his paint jobs and still keeps the street and show separate so costing isn't through the roof.
he painted a car for me and fixed family/friends cars for me in the past and done a brilliant job.
it can take a while to get through the jobs for him though as he works by himself. it's a bit of a drive but well worth the effort.

My first post yah! In SA
I know from experience on my other car
Turbos - Adelaide turbo Services :- 953 Marion road Mitchell Park SA :- 83772511
ask for Bill I think his name is the specialise in IHI, hitachi, Garrett and can rebuild any turbo including highflows for all nissans, and toyotas.

Fabrication custom - ASE Auto sport engineering:- Edwardstown SA :- 82990320
totally awesome work little pricey but you get what you pay for, they do everything from manifolds, turbo setups, radiators and intercoolers etc. Everything from Stainless 316, 304, Aluminium Titanium, and Mild Steel. The Quality is second to none.

Suspension, diff, Engines, clutches- Adelaide Radial Tyres Holden Hill SA - 82664000
These Guys have been Life savers. Even allowing up to more than 30 days credit on clutch installs including parts and labour ( Basically on tic till i could pay it off when my clutch blew apart on my NIS SAN) They deal in Extreme clutches, Whiteline suspension, Koyo rims, Toyo Tyres and such etc. They do the best job setting up suspension, camber, all that biz'o for reasonable price. ask for Matt. He knows his stuff, he drift regularly have two drift cars and three track cars doing constant R&D. He has had many customers that have got suspension jobs done then gone elsewhere and come back to fix the f**k ups from other shops. They even let you into the workshop to check out their handy work before they give your ride back, anything unhappy with they will change.

Cheap JDM spare parts:- Japanese Import Spares Windsor Gardens Sleaford Rd:- ask for Koji They have buttloads of awesome good quality parts sometimes 50% cheaper than elsewhere.

Dyno Tuning: Jeff From Speed Labs made Famous for doing nisstune boards for the Silvia, Skyline boys, but now has relocated to Parafield last workshop behind Waterbeds Store Across from Parafield Airport, he can Tune Power FC, Haltech, MircoTech, and many others very well versed in ECU tuning. He uses a Chassis Dyno awesome to get accurate higher Power and torque figures over a Roller Dyno. Jeff is also very competitively priced
Not sure if he has changed number but here :- 0434637357.

Well this is all I know from SA.
Cheers Guys Awesome Forum hopefully Ill have an Aristo next week and part ways with my nissan slop.
