What wheels are you considering?
Personally i wouldnt go 20's if you are going for weak offset/sized wheels like the specs you listed. I think it just looks tacky. A properly sized set of 18/19s would look 100x tuffer.
Have you got coilovers/lowered suspension? _________________

...i have a weak offset? - yeah sure its legal i dont think you'd get much cleaner unless u pumped the guards - then mabe 25+ would be ok

Not having a go mate, but obviously my definition of flush/good offset/lowness are a lot different to yours. _________________

20s are a bit big imo, but if you want it to have that 'wow those wheels are really big' thing then i guess go for it...
As for "Flush is Flush".... it really isnt. Camber and tyre size make such a huge difference i just cant stress it enough.
if you are staying quite high with not a huge amount of camber and want a fair bit of meat on the tyres then you can make your rims with offsets in the mid/high 30s look flush.
but when you get down low, stretch tyres on, get natural camber of almost -3 degrees, then those same rims sink riiiiight in. This is just the way it goes.
Also, you cant be flush with stock guards so those need work (rolled at least). My rims arent flush because my guards are only rolled around 1/2 flat. I could really do with 15mm spacers up front and around 5-10mm up back...
