I left some nice black lines though, so they must have been spinning a bit.
I might try again soon. You can actually see when both turbos come online @ 40kph, the speedo starts to jump really quick.
Its amazing the difference if i look at Tntdan's run. Similar mods, but he has no pussy cats . Dropping them out seriously jumps the torque figures up. _________________

The one mid car looks like its been replaced, and the complier told me only one was replaced.
So the one in the downpipe should have been done too? I was planning to remove this one or at least punch the guts out of it so I dont have overboost issues.
As long as you have one ADR compliant cat, you're fine. The other cat causes heaps of restriction though, so you might want to get it removed and replaced with a downpipe. _________________

I also have 2 cats (and some dodgy piping haha)...
Had the same on my Supra too...
To save effort during compliancing.. they must just fit a 2nd cat further down the exhaust (towards the middle) instead of getting the first std one off - because its up in there a bit... And it says they have to fit a cat.. so they just do it the easy way... leave the 1st one on there, and just fit one for compliance!
I had the 2nd Cat taken off the supra because it was shotty... but left the 1st (std position) one on there...
May end up doing the same with the Aristo at some stage - and get some better bends/pipe... _________________

slightly off topic - what is a reasonable price to pay to have the first cat removed? mine is still in there and it needs to be killed. it makes rotten egg smells occasionally.

That's the second bad word i've had about DCI's compliance job...
Yet when I went through they were upfront with it and told me straight out they needed to pull the front one and replace it with no pipe, and replaced the rear one with a nice one.
I would give them a call and say they owe you a pipe.. they should give you one. _________________

Just correcting you Jodes - you'll find the stock Aristo comes factory with 2 cats. (they don't add one)
For compliance they must remove the front one completely, and change the second one for a new ADR one. _________________

Id expect up to $100 as its a bit fiddly up there. _________________

Well my car has 2 cats on it atm..
Front one is still there, and 2nd one is one that was put on for compliance!!
Dan - same as mine - you'll probably have the 2nd Cat there too?
And some dodgy bends?!?! haha..
will get to and sort it out at some stage! _________________
