wouldnt the times be a different because the drag strip is downhill?

Its Sendai Highland. I have heard strip is actually flat??? well first 300m looks flat. Dunno but times are similar to other tracks in japan. Alot of major tuning houses use this strip in Japan. HKS, Veilside so on.

Willowbank in Aus is the same. Look at vids on youtube, i reacon it's actually even steeper downhill than the track in that vid.

There are guidelines the tracks have to be within. They are allowed a certain amount of slope but it has to be not more than X over the distance of the track.
