I figured it will only be a matter of time after installing my ohlins coilovers my ball joints will give up so I thought I might have a bit of a look around for a new set.

Found these on ebay. $75us with free international shipping!

Thats only 90 bucks delivered.

Not much different at all..

It will only be worth while going to toyota if you feel like getting a mortgage on your house to pay for the things..

You won't get the lowers for better than $90 for the pair.. Just get the ones off ebay..

ball joints have nothing to do with setting castor.
I have the offset SuperPro strut bar bushes and castor is set to 8deg 2min left and 7deg 17min right.

Hi

I bought the ball joints from ebay the $90.00 ones about 18 months ago and they failed badly after only 8,000 Ks. The ball joint separated and damaged the guard. I did buy another set until i could source original Toyota ones. A Toyota dealer quoted me about $249 each but Castle Hill Toyota today quoted $110.00 each. I would go that way for sure. The Ebay ones are crap.

Cheers

Trevor
