OK so what should i be getting my agent to look for in the 2JZ.
And who did you get your import through ?
Also have an eye on a 2JZ that has over 100ks on the clock , i have a feeling they are still all good driven that far. Just want to find out from actual owners.

Cheers.

Ok a major thing that we always look for when we are buying vehilces from japan for our customers are.

1. Check under the il cap make sure there isnt any milky residue.
2. Check the radiator cap (make sure there is water in it as well as no bad items inside) these top tanks tend to crack and can lead to over heating.
3. If you are getting the vehicle imported then get an auction sheet. EVERY imporrted should supply you with one of these. If they dont want to show you it then there hiding something. Normaly km's or accident grade.
4. If you are importing through a company make sure there is a money back garurntee the vehicle is how it was supposed to be.

100,000km aristos are fine as long as they ahve been looked after. You can normaly tell by the condition of the vehicle.
