Just testing the water here to see how many of you guys would be interested in a set of custom dials for your Aristo. I have a friend in the UK who runs a company called Skewer who makes up dials to order. I am dropping off my speedo cluster for him in about 2-3 weeks time for him to make up a template from it.

Once the template is made up then I'm getting a group buy set up to see if we can drive the price down a little. To give you a rough idea on price single dials sets are usually circa Ž£95 GBP or $234 AUD, with a decent number of orders we should be able to push this price down.

If you are interested in a set then either add your name to the list HERE : CLICKY or PM me and I wil add you if you're not a member over there.

To give you an example of the quality of his work here's some that he made for other cars.

As you can see you can let your imagination run riot.

That supra one was done in brushed ali and I'm sure there wouldn't be a problem with getting one done like that.

i agree, though i dont want to blue light coming out from the dials. I recon it ruins the look of the rest of it.

The blue Aristo one can be done on an exchange basis in Japan. What this other guy is offering is something completely custom.

PJ ... Did you ever get Skewer to do up a template for Aristo gauge package? If so ... how much are they asking?

If there is a group buy, does that mean that the design has to be the same for everyone? The brushed ali does look pretty schweet tho..

Sorry guys, I must have forgotten to update this. I took my cluster to Skewer and we broke it right down. With the techniques that they use to create replacement facias they can't offer anything for the Aristo due to the way that the dash panel is made up.

Any sort of modification on these looks to be a really lengthy process and exchange only, something that Skewer cannot do. Sorry Sad
