When I got my blue slip the guy did not actually look at my car at all. He just did the paper work and charged me $100+ for it all. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same experience or if I just got a dodgy guy. No real dramas just interested if this is standard procedure or not. He said something about it being a newer model so he didn't need to check it. But its a 94.

I don't see anything unusual here. My experiences have been similar. It's easy money for the unscrupulous.

Mine had a full inspection done on it. He picked up a few things. For example he made me remove the tint from my rear window as it was like black vinyl lol _________________
