In my experience with both expensive and cheap HID's,
get the cheapest ones you can get your hands, and get some spares. When shit goes wrong, plug in a new one.

around town you don't need High beam HID's only Lowbeam is really needed but depends how many hill runs you do might want highbeam HID's I have both and only use my HIGHbeam Hid's when im in woop woop other wise low beam HID's all the time.
