Wow that has to be the worst drag strip setup I've ever seen, very safety conscious...

the drag strip in Thessaloniki in Greece (main city near my village) has pretty bad safety barriers...basically it goes,

track..., then grass for about 2m, then fence, then another 2m, then crowd stands....my bro/dad/me went to watch a test/tune outting, some quick cars, i decided i'd watch the nitro funny cars....from inside the fence, nobody said a dam thing, had my camera with me...recorded it...just after 1/4 track it threw a header out....other side thankfully....

they'd do burnouts and have guys holding the bikes to allow them to spin it up static!! soo stupid!! ill see if i can dig up any of the vids!
